Nothing is shipped

CABookkeeper is a digital service sold by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

How the service is delivered

Access is delivered online, in your account at cabookkeeper.com. Your firm's workspace, clients, documents, ledgers, forms, Tally files, reports and prepaid balance are all in your account at cabookkeeper.com. There is nothing to install: it works in a web browser.

When you add prepaid credit, it is added to your account's balance once Razorpay confirms the payment.

If something is missing

If a payment succeeded but the credit does not show in your account, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will add the credit or refund the payment in full (see our refund and cancellation policy, /refunds).

Where we deliver

The service is delivered online to customers in India and abroad. Access needs only a web browser and an internet connection.
